Re: 200 mile range Leaf anyone?
There's a few options: Connect individual cells in parallel to the existing individual cells/modules. You need to rebuild the entire pack, and then hope the Leaf can register the added capacity. It is certainly capable of determining capacity values between 67ah and lower, I haven't seen anyone try ...

Re: Nissan sets out to ‘turn on' one million people to elect
There's a few planning applications up for doubling up to two units. IMO that's not enough. With Nissan registering a few hundred Leafs a month, and i3 surely soon in similar numbers, there will soon enough be queues at peak times.

Re: Saietta motorcycle
Only looking at photos and reports, an electric MC is needed for a film, and I was researching them. I have seen an early Brammo that was brought over for use with action shots with cameras mounted on it, and helped to sort its US charger out on set. That one has never been registered for road use ...

Have you looked at the Renault Twizy? This already has Lihtium, has a warranty, produced by a major manufacturer, and is not much more money than a mega city.

Re: I-Miev HELP
The late prototype/CABLED iMievs I've seen all use a yellow coiled cable with 3pin plug on one end and J1772 plug on the other, with NO electronics at all.

Re: Charging adaptors
Here's the board you want: http://modularevpower.com/Active_Vehicle_Side_Control_development.htm Available on ebay. Simply place in a box with J1772 socket connected to the AVC2 and the +/-/E routed to a commando socket on the other side. Or upgrade your vehicle side socket to J1772 and use the AVC2.

Re: BBC feature on Nissan LEAF factory
From memory the prius battery is held down by about 8 bolts, and you can do it alone, you don't need a ramp or anything, and it lifts out as a single unit. My point is that even with a large user base there isn't sufficient demand/good business case for a high quality, fully integrated, aftermarket ...

Re: 2010 Citroen C1 VTR Electricity ELECTRIC CAR on eBay
When you can buy an OEM electric car for £9995 this C1 looks like a scary money pit in comparison. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere near it.
