Re: EVIE parts now available

The cells are now arranged in packs of 24x2 =89volt normal, and works very well in the car with the standard curtis setup. Think i should start trying you advice with 89volt, more amps and heatsink/maybee liquid cooling of curtis. Also thanks for info about the alignment pins, from toyota, last time ...

Re: EVIE parts now available

if i have 100 volt and over 500 amps, the car could have more than 60 hp, that would change the performance alot

Re: EVIE parts now available

yes, aliment pins was also missing in my c1, they must be added. I have a spare car, and extra curtis 1238 with original curtis os12/setup, i think i should experiment with higher voltage on that car. on my daily driver c1 i have two extra cells, helped for more torque, think i will go fore a setup ...

Re: EVIE parts now available

okay, sounds interesting with your choice. How high have you tried to give the 6501 version/ac31? Cooling should be possible to find a solution fore. But ´what about the coupler, can they handle the higher torque? I have spare part c1,but i am going to build a custom version of this one anyway, so m...

Re: EVIE parts now available

I also now hold stock of more universal items (Not all ex ECC) such as HPEVs Motors (New AC50, assorted used but mostly AC31), curtis controllers, Vacuum pumps, refurbished zivan chargers either 25+ cell or 32+ cells Grumpy-b I am building a custom version now of the c1 EVie, using another cell che...

Zivan NG9 HF 3 phase charger defect

Hey, Do anyone have a inside picture or a zivan ng9 where it would be able to check a component type/value for me? I have a defect ng9, but no transistors, mosfets and diode seem to be defective. https://drive.google.com/file/d/15sSKwo2Y7XsaVq7Qa9N2jVO7LtEqdy8w1A/view?usp=sharing PCB below https://d...

Re: abs vcs controller - CAN bus simulator

Hey, problem solved ;) The ESP controller was defective, and stopped the can bus. After disconnecting the defective controller, there is data communication on the can bus again, and the simulator box i bought, began sending CAN pid's. So i found a used ESP controller, replaced the defective, and now...

Re: abs vcs controller - CAN bus simulator

Hey, Sound like i should find a opto isolated can bus interface, will try search for it. If i do some testing with the unisolatet arduino shield, and i find out how to make it work right, i can migrate to the isolated version to long lasting solution. I already have a unisolated awayable for testing...

Re: abs vcs controller - CAN bus simulator

There must however be some issue with the CAN Bus , as it should not be dealing with any level of current, its a simple data signal. Is the termination good. The Can bus has to have a 120r terminating resistor. on pins 21 to 34. is this ok? ALternatively set up an arduino with a hardened Canbus to ...

Re: abs vcs controller - CAN bus simulator

hey, thanks for the answers, very usefull information ;) Then i think it might be some vcs code that need to be simulated. I heard that i should simulate rpm, but i haven't tried yet. Sounds like a logic explanation, that curtis ports burns, when B- is removed. Most of the danish car has this proble...
