Sorry to hear your bad news but i've got an idea , Try to get hold of an old clutch plate (fast fits plus Citroen/Peugeot/Toyota and gearbox/clutch specialists) take the center out of it and weld it to the motor half (after you've turned it down) if you can't do it or there's no one local send it to...

The cells in my bike are standard prismatic but they don't need to be clamped so maybe thier allowed to expand and contract to help prevent bursting I hope this might give a few ideas : resized.3.jpg Fitted a 054 battery cut / rewelded the header tank moved the controller back , the webasto forward ...

Can anyone give me a clue as to the location of the battery temp sensor wiring / plug and maybe the wire colours- i have a fault that won't clear on Peugoet planet : "Traction battery thermistor short circuit to earth" I think the battery temp sensor is normally located in the top battery ...
