Retro Cars Magazine - Mark Mongillo's Fiat 600

I was killing time in WH Smiths yesterday and picked up a copy of 'Retro Cars' magazine (March edition?) which has a feature on a chap in Oregon City who's converted a 1959 Fiat 600 to battery power. Nice to see this in a mainstream magazine full of all sorts of cool cars. Guy's name ins Mark Mongil...

One - the only that I can think of - instance of an electric car featuring in a book is Tim Moore's "Do Not Pass Go" where in order to get 'Free Parking" as instructed by the Monopoly Board he borrows an electric car in London. I think it was a Th!nk. I enjoyed his book, but I accept ...

I saw an industry-focussed advert for the new GoCycle e-bike (http://www.bikebiz.com). Aparently there are 200 out in the world being tried and tested currently. "They have 9Ah NiMH battery and a 250 Watt plug and play motor with controller that is USB programmable which can go on for 3-5 hours...
