Orange diode spark warning light. No traction.

Be kind to me. Citroen Berlingo e500 1998. Come in for lunch after refitting battery boxes. No traction? In the process of removal and refitting the battery boxes, lost some antifreeze not gone back out to check levels etc. yet. Anyway, all back together, tried to start it, but an orange warning lig...

Re: Berlingo range, lack of.

Based on an early comment of possible duff cells, I took the route I have done. I will get the battery boxes re-installed and think about what you have posted. Its unlikely I'll do anything very quickly as I bought another EV (not a Berlingo), but learnt my lesson from the first by insisting on a fu...

Now the owner of Berlingo EV and Peugeot Partner EV

Just putting it out there... Already asked a few questions on the Berlingo, but no doubt I'll be asking more as I get to use them more. Bought a Citroen Berlingo EV van a few weeks a go. Nice condition, but the range was less than half of what the seller claimed. Won't get caught like that again. I ...

What type and how many batteries?

I've been looking at salvaging some batteries from one of these cars (i-MiEV, iOn, C-zero). Can anyone tell me what batteries they are and sizes, and how many there are please? The reason I ask is that I've got a Citroen Berlingo with a poor battery pack and was thinking they may be an ideal swap. H...

Re: Berlingo range, lack of.

Hi Guy's, Thanks for your feed back. I do have a Evlite, but need to run through it again as the guy who dropped the van off said water levels could be monitored through it in some way, but my first test didn't show anything meaningful to me. As suggested I do need to drop the batteries, but I've go...

Are there any instructions anywhere for dropping the batteries for testing?

Just looking for easyest route?

Berlingo range, lack of.

Hi guy's, I've just acquired a year 2000 Berlingo van. Took it out for a major run to see what range it actualy has...... Started off with a full 100% charge (according to the gauge). Had been travelling at around 40-50mph trying to stay in the green on the eco gauge. Stopped to visit friends at aro...

Re: Batteries for Berlingos, or run with a ION or I-Miev

You will be better going to a mitsubishi, peugeot or citroen dealer and trying your wheelchair straight in the electric car. That's the issue, they're not available around here. Hence requesting clarification on what the ICE model is. As I said, no point travelling 100's miles to look at one, then ...

Re: Batteries for Berlingos, or run with a ION or I-Miev

I've been keeping my eye out for local non electric versions of the ION I-Mev to test the backs for wheel chairs, but again its like looking for hens teeth. What a depressing post, sorry. Someone brighten my day please? I think I've been looking at the wrong cars, can someone please advise the exac...
