As many of you will be aware, The Isle of Man is holding the first all electric sanctioned grand prix on the TT mountain course during the 2009 TT. Called TTXGP, it promises to be an historic milestone in the journey to move beyond petroleum.

Lots of things are happening around the race day including regular lectures by the IET on the technology, team presentations, practise runs and the TTXGP concert.

We would like to extend a warm invitation to everybody at the BVS to attend.

There is a special race day flight leaving Gatwick on the morning of June 12th and back by late evening. A single ticket will get you through all the races of the day, flight, transfers and grandstand. Details are at http://www.ttxgp.com/flight.

For those of you that can come for longer then the TTXGP concert celebrating the future may well be of interest. Details are http://www.ttxgp.com/concert

Many more events will be announced soon, so we do hope you will be able to attend. Do register at http://www.ttxgp.com to stay up to date.

It promises to be an awesome event. You will not want to miss being at the start of the next generation of motorsports.

You can keep up with the latest developments on our blog at http://www.egrandprix.com.

Thanks,

Team TTXGP (and new members of the BVS)
