It was something I'd love to have visited but simply couldn't make it - any "match reports" from the day ?

I thought it was great: to my mind there was quite a contrast (which we will have to grapple with) between the "mainstream commercial" bit (e.g. the Ford programme, i-Miev) and the "amateur enthusiast" bit (e.g. Anthoni on the Peukert coefficient). I do hope we end up with room for both.

Food, organisation, and almost every one of the speakers were excellent

Thanks for the feedback.

And I was really pleased with how the day went. Although, as I organised it, I am probably biased :P

But it was a great day - interesting speakers, approaching EVs from a range of angles.

A big thank you to everyone who particiapated in the event - especially the speakers, who all kindly donated their time/petrol/etc without charge to the Society.

I have already set a date for next year's event:

Saturday 2nd April.

So do put that date in your diaries :)
