Green power finals Sunday 14th Oct 2007

Postby ChrisB » Wed Sep 12, 2007 7:19 pm

OK peeps heres one for you that we need to get our teeth into.

The Green Power finals 8)

http://www.greenpower.co.uk/racing/race_diary.php

This also happens to be the BVS Lunch.

Now currently I havent got a clue regarding members non members coming to the lunch etc but cant see a problem with going to the final's especially if we can get some EV's there 8)

Now currently I can get my Blingo there be good to get another Blingo there  so who else would like to come along, I recon a few C5's might look good as well  , there should be charging available either off gennys or mains .

I've never been to the green power races so I'm looking forward to seeing how the kids get on and I'm really looking forward to showing them my Blingo.

So hands up who wants to play then.

Ah thats a shame  may be next time, or if any of your other C5 chums want to play I'm sure they would be welcome.

Anyone else want to play.

I'm going to go, though I've not booked for the dinner and don't know if I need to. I'll hopefully be there with another microcar driver too as we're going to make it a bit of a jaunt just for the fun of it.

By the way I've heard that the Tesla may be there too so thre's a very good excuse for any EV enthusiast to pop along.

We will be coming back from holiday on the Sat night so not sure of the plans yet.

Will need to work out at least 5 hour charge during the day or stay over Sun night.

So put me down for a definite maybe ;-)
