You might need good brakes though, unless you want to do the north yorkshire to brighton run instead :D

If anyone needs to contact me on the day, 07951754007...there will be a support van around!

Good luck to all those taking part.

I might even put the kettle on if anyone drops in & takes up the offer of a "top-up" charge on their way home :D ....depends on how much lectrickery I've got left whilst feeding hungry EV's

There was a spot or two of rain!
Sun came out at the Marina for a couple of hours and made up for it, alot of chinwagging and loads of interested passersby. It was great to meet you all, thanks very much to those who organised the event and fed and tea'd us!

being as it was a howling gale here all weekend and I'd be in an open top car with no doors or windscreen and it would be a round 300+ mile trek I figured I'd not go. I hope you all had a good day and made more than the regular splash. Well done to those who made it!

It was a really good event once the sun came out.
I hope that everyone made it home safely.

Apart from the pay meter running out of leccy at JPs place (Croydon) and having to blag a charge from next door, my 150 round trip Sat-pm to Mon-am was very successful.

However, I am now minus a relatively expensive bright yellow/orange extension lead (about 30 m) left at Handcross.

If anyone picked it up please let me know.

Assuming that's the "JCB" one, I took it from Handcross to Brighton as it was unclaimed. I think that John Crayton has it now.

He also has Nikki's blue cable as she left while Tricia and I were eating.

Thanks again for the charge and the fun trying out your C5 and Mini/City El.
