Saw this on EV album... I'm impressed (but somewhat disturbed)

The thought of all that "luvly environmentally friendly acid" splattering all over some Clarkson-wannabe c*ns*r*d cheers me no end though. Like defensive driving for Mad Max :-p
34 Watt Hours per mile, or > 700 MPG. What, me, smug?

Also one wonders what the ride and handling is like with both motor and batteries positioned behind the rear axle.

Pretty much like most beach buggies, I expect - simply dreadful!

I briefly owned a short wheelbase buggy back in the seventies and even with a very mildly tuned 1200 engine it would pull wheelies on any sort of a hill.............

Not a car to be driven at speed on the road, as the steering was ridiculously light and it would aquaplane on even slightly damp surfaces, thanks to the low weight and massive Jag tyres.
