Greenpower final this weekend

The national final of the greenpower electric race series for schools is happening this Sunday at Goodwood racing circuit near Chichester.

Some good exhibits this year (bloodhound mockup, IoM TT winning electric bike, Lynch motors) plus the 2 races.
First in a.m. the F24+ race - the needle match here is between "simple Trug" and "Brian", both on max points & apparently identical performance. Then p.m. is the F24 final, 76 cars on track. We are favourites & pole sitters this year after breaking all the records at the Rockingham heat, but since then we've had a lot of breakdowns & have come 3rd a lot...
It's not a bad day out & free to stroll around & watch!
