Legitimate Interests Assessment
Data is held from Society members and past members.
Our requirement to keep personal data is due to the following limited reasons:
Name, address and phone number; to supply members with Society periodicals and inform them of Society events. We will endeavour to put members in touch with each other to form local groups or other groups with special interests, but in such a way that individual members are not given personal data without specific permission from the owner of that data.
Details of vehicles owned and skills available, provided by members to enable assistance to other members and for historical record.
Details of past members will be held in archive for historical purposes.
