MIMA For the Honda Insight.

I have just completed a mod on my car and Installed MIMA (Manual Integrated Motor Assist) a clever computer from American Insight Enthusiast Mike Dabrowski.
This can give an improvement on mpg of from 5-15% at no extra energy cost. It is not a plug in mod like the Prius which uses grid power to extend the range.
MIMA gives you full control over the Insight IMA system allowing you to turn it off or commanding full assist/regen when reqd. Basically it allows you to use full assist to climb hills, and then more efficient regen to recapture that energy when the terrain is more suitable.
On my first test yesterday, wife and I drove 280 miles including some good hills, and mpg is showing 105.2mpg now . Pretty impresive for a start. Mima has lots of options as well to tailor this new control
