Participants should now have the Itinerary (with the exception of those I know have slow Internet connections!)
For anyone else it can be downloaded

Yep - received my copy safe and sound. Looks well thought out & most impressive.
I had hoped to bring a passenger along but that seems to have fallen by the wayside.
My intention is to arrive at your place nice and early Saturday .
Should be a nice test for the trailer and its new cover.

Wow... One day in and what a fantastic event!
We've got two out of the City Els - both non runners - working and today is our service day for Karl's El. We missed the series I but everyone else is having a fantastic time.
Here's some interim photos from the event! Click on the photo to go to John's photoset on there.

It certainly was a very good weekend with some well chuffed new BVS members joining as a result too! Well done once again Nikki keep up the good work, it's events like this that really do succeed in building the BVS into a modern society which is in touch with it's members and the public!
Thank you for a very enjoyable and friendly couple of days and in particular Many Many thanks are due to Andreas for such a knowledgeable and professional technical support role. Here's to many more similar workshops!
I'll pop up a summary video of the weekend as soon as I am able to so people can get a taste of what membership of the BVS can reward them with.

Wow looks like you had a great weekend if a tadge damp.
I quite like the use of some large Pb batteries to hold the awning down
