Hi there
I believe someone in the West London/Surrey area has adapted a Citroen 2CV to run on an electric motor. I would very much like to see/speak with them, as I wish to build a kit car based on the 2CV. I am interest to find out about what size motor was used and the battery configuration.
So I am keeping fingers crossed that they belong to this forum or some one out there can help.
Chris
Any Electric 2CV out there?

That'll be my old 2CV then!
I built it in 1999 using a LEMCO motor and 96V of lead acid batteries, which gave reasonable performance and 45 miles range.
Unfortunately the car has rusted away, and the bits are in the garage!
