Thundersky Lifepo4

Hi All,
I've been watching the discussion on Thundersky cells on US and Aus. sites for a while and it would seem that the new "yellow" cells, Lifepo4, don't seem to have the same problems some of the older series cells had and may just last the distance. I've read on here though that thier may be issues with uk customs siezing shipments of these units!? This doesn't seem to happen in the states or Australia/New zealand, so can anyone let me know whats the deal with this? And would it effect an individual purchasing for own use, or just dealers etc??
