Help with a clip design wanted.

Postby retepsnikrep » Sun Feb 21, 2010 7:08 pm

Dear members

I'm after an good CAD user to help me draw up a design for a battery terminal spring clip I want to get prototyped.

It will be like a very thin bulldog clip made out of sprung brass/nickel with a .125" male spade terminal on the end.

So I need some one with CAD, skype and or MSN who I can chat with to talk it through.

It will be for joining the tabs of A123 pouch type cells together in a non destructive way with the spade connection for a BMS connection point.

Baically I will clip the tabs together with the strong conductive spring clips face to face.

I'll try and free draw my idea later.

Any offers?

Thanks Peter
