Sorry about the confusion on my part... I was just recording the fact that we had listed 41 charging maps/apps at that time (actually risen to 51 now).

My impression was that page is highlighting the many maps available, and proving the point that an all-encompassing, open map would be a Very Good Thing.

Here's an example site that's using the developer database.... you can select between UK and US data;

I'm happy to announce that the EV Charge Finder iPhone App is now using the OpenChargeMap database :D

We still have some work to do before we upload the rest of our Charge Point data to the database but I think we are making good progress.

I believe that an Android version of EV Charge Finder is in development :)
