Portsmouth perhaps an ideal place for NEVs

Do you own or use a EV. Then this is a good place to discuss things.

How far can you get and how long does it take to charge? :roll: I'm sure we can sort something out, there's bound to be other members of the BVS in between. All the more reason for us to use the EV Network and register on it. I can see from the members only section that someone has recently added themselves to the map who is not too far away and hopefully by the time of the show we will have lots more people registered :)

Full range looks to be 65 miles I recon at a squeeze, only done 63.2 so far but recon I could get 65 out of her, trouble is taking th batteries that low means a full 7-8 hr or possibley more recharge, requiring a full 3kw 240v supply :shock:

I'll take a peep at the GPS when I get five and see how far it is
