berlingo remote central locking key/fob

im having dramas trying to get my key re syncing with the van,problem is i have a one button type key and programming info ive found via the web says.... hold down the button untill light on key goes off ,take finger off button and light will stay on etc etc

but my key dont seem to do this ,i was given this key with the van when i bought it and it has never worked,just wondering if anyone with an 03 plate bingo can confirm its a single button key and does their key work as above.
ive even ordered a 2 buton key to be safe if i have no joy with this one,

just got a 2 button fob in the post ,gonna try right now,

still needing help with the 1 button fob

well i tryed!!!

no joy so somone please helppppppp,

while i was in the van i found out that the passenger seat turns into a table
and that ive got electric mirrors ....it just keeps getting better and better apart from the keyfob

Are you sure the battery in the fob is OK ??

Hi Chris ,the battery seems fine the led lights up,if i hold my finger on the button the little red led flashes and goes out after about 2secs,then i press again and it does the same thing it doesnt stay on constant like alot of sites say it should when programming a key,i also bought a 2 button fob off ebay and no joy with that one eaither ,

mmmmmm your defniately sure the van has C/L , have you checked to see if it has a C/L box ?? dunno where its located mind you
