2014 on Berlingo, non start , any technicians ?

Anyone familiar with the workings of the 2014-2018 Berlingo/Partner? Damaged, (airbag deployed) . When trying to start , won't engage contactor. Fault lamp on dash (shape of a motor) Is the contactor in the battery a la Leaf, or in the engine compartment? Anyone found any info online about the workings of these things, Leaf seems easy to find techie stuff on by comparison. Cheers.
