Adrain Flux, they have insured all my weird and wacky vehicles over the years from 3ltr V6 Transits to V8 beach buggies to Bedford electric CF's, EV Fiesta's and now the Blingo

Yup - I use Adrian Flux for my LiIonEl. It's about £220 a year for fully comprehensive with unlimited mileage plus all categories business use :)

Thanks everyone.

I used Adrian Flux for the ICE powered car, so might be able to get a good two car deal from them.

Never had a great deal of success doing that with them TBH

Generally frightening them into leaving seems to work better :?

This might help for comparisons

I got a few quotes for me - Age 29, Car garaged in London, 0 NCB to be used on this car (11 on my normal car), 3 points (SP30).
Car is a modified Fiat Cinquecento, Year 1997, Valued at £2200

Adrian Flux £425
Norwich Union £361 - but they are running it through their u/w to check
Footman James £561
Swinton £394 - but they need to check as its down as LPG!
Alan and Alan (specialist) - £315

Alan and Alan are performance specialists, tel 0800 091 2444, seemed pretty clued up.

Ouch that's expensive but then I'm not in London and I'm older than you but I've insured several kit cars and a Lotus before. Ironically the most expensive car I've insured was a bog standard Metro!!!!

Alan and Alan sounds like they are worth looking into I've not come across them before but I have done with the others I've used Adrian Flux and Footman James Swinton, Also Osbournes in Sutton
