As Greg has said the slave to battery wiring is clearly wrong.

Please bring the whole car and batteries down to my workshop at Thirsk if at all possible.

Peter

We will try sort that out and let you know. we may only be able to bring the battery packs.

A long hard day.

Solved a few major BMS wiring bugs  Replaced a couple of optos and a couple of suspect pics.
Reprogrammed all slaves with a version i am using.

Now operating on all 66 channels but with a constant alarm due to watchdog and or master hardware issue.
Not enough time to fix that but i think hardware (resistor) change at master end and software tweaking should sort it.

The team have no chance of making the deadline though as too much remains to be done on rest of the car :(
It's a total wiring nightmare.

Yes a big thanks to Peter for helping us. We now actually have an idea of how to get it working. SOC randomly started to work today as well which was nice even if it was for only a few mins.

Which resistor do you think might need changing?

On the master board, master bus input terminals check and report the values of the resistors.
