EV servicing

Do you own or use a EV. Then this is a good place to discuss things.

EV servicing

Postby MB » Wed Dec 19, 2007 3:37 pm

Does anyone know anyone who carries out EV servicing in the Midlands?

One of my batteries is playing up and GoinGreen are quoting silly money for a replacement.

I'm a bit nervous about carrying out the replacement myself - I really can't afford to blow up the controller or do anything stupid. Any recommendations would be gratefully received.

I know. It's tempting, although that depends on how much I could get the price down. The prices I've been quoted so far are fairly horrific, and I can't justify spending £5000 on a set of batteries at the moment...
