Any I've been speaking to don't seem happy to insure them - even if they insure 'modern' electric cars. I went to see an old contact of mine yesterday who runs an electric vehicle design and manufacturing business. Of course, it would have been rude not to go and play with some of the vehicles currently in development :D so I took up the offer to drive a couple of vehicles, one with Li Pol batteries....

I'm looking for a 106 EV or for a Berlingo EV that has been switched from a van to a car.

Can anyone advise me on how many of either of these exist in the country, what the usual price would be, and how often they tend to come up for sale ?
