I only intend using 1 16 cell slave board, from a kit I got from Greg, but of course this kit was being used by Greg in his ev. So, I need to set up the bms for only 16 cells, and I have ...

Thanks Greg, That's a great help. I'll wire it up tomorrow and see how it works out. You did supply me with a built up switch too thanks, I'll have another browse on the thread to see if I can make out which pins the switch occupies on the master pcb. Re: Any info available on allied electric conversions

They can be converted in 2 ways reallyfor our particular use. My sons electric wheelchair is quite high, so it's either gotta be...

Re: Any info available on allied electric conversions
Thanks very much Tim, I have phoned them but they were not all all helpful with any information. I thought by law they had to produce a technical manual and issue it with the vehicle for any additional works carried out on the vehicle, they didn't want to know anyhow. I am in abit of a hard decision...

Any info available on allied electric conversions
Hi all, I've seen recently a few Peugeot electric vehicles on autotrader, these are Peugeot experts and Peugeot partners around year 2010, and converted by a company called allied electric in Scotland. I have telephoned them, they don't convert vehicles any longer, but they do support the vehicles t...

Re: Testing with car battery
Not sure but I think that it's the motor that defines how much power comes from the battery, Ie, the motor needs 30 amps to pull the scooter up a hill, it will pull 30 amps, if the battery is too small the battery will overheat and get damaged as its being loaded too much, Or if the battery is too b...
