Re: More Belingo van troubles , charging not intialising ?

Re: More Belingo van troubles , charging not intialising ?

The guy I brought it off said he's got a box for maintenance charging . I presume this is a EVlite. I'll grab it and get some instruction off him on how to use it.
cheers

Re: More Belingo van troubles , charging not intialising ?

Have you checked your charge lead. They do tend to internally break and if waggled will briefly work or stop working. Stopped after 10 min. Fiddle a bit more , mainly turning ignition on , moving it back and forth a bit, plugging, ...

Re: More Belingo van troubles , charging not intialising ?

Seems slightly different. Currently mine won't start charging at all , though did randomly after spray of silcon , then went on for 90 minute and cut out . So does in my case seem to point to a intermittent fault , with flap switch or controller/wiring. From what Chris said earlier yours seems to po...

Re: More Belingo van troubles , charging not intialising ?

still no luck, haven't taken the van charge socket out yet , where abouts is the micro switch located. Is it on the flap latch or the flap hinge side?
Seems I need to get to it from under the wing with the wheel off ?

cheers

Re: AA Membership

have you had a look at the ETA , I've got 3 vehicles covered for around £195 breakdown , recovery, car hire. . They lobby for improved environmental transport policy, if that sort of thing floats your boat  https://www.eta.co.uk/breakdown/car/ Sorry if this seem like a ad , I just like publici...
