Secondhand G-Wiz

I see from GGs site that they are selling loads of secondhand G-wiz's, but all with plus VAT.
Correct me if im wrong but are secondhand cars not VAT excempt ?
Any advice would be good

What are we after? Speed, Range, Both ( Cant Happen ) or basic longevity? As we are all aware the chances of an electric vehicle being a true competitor to the combustion engine is a long way off. But increases the costs -- g-Wiz for one only uses a 48V battery pack

PIKTRONIC BATTERY CHARGERS

Pls hold fire regarding the Piktronic Chargers/speed controllers. I have a meeting with them in sunny Slovenia week after next, so hopefully if everything goes to plan I will get the sole UK agency.
