I tried Nash and footman James for quotes on my motorbike, Nash was too expensive, and so was Footman James...but I had no choice!

They charged me £180 including discount for being a BVS member (40 year old on a 125cc! for comparison, Bennets want £60 for an original RS125)

Footman James and Carole Nash both will insure electric vehilce, Footman James does it for the same premium as the original vehicle.
They also give discount to subscribed BVS members...

Good luck,

Someone here in my villiage paid for one of these some 6 months back, and was promised delivery in June...heard nothing yet:(
He bought it for like £2600 or so, if it ever turns up it will be a great runaround for the price.

Good idea, much needed! I went with Footman James for my motorcycle, my one compliant is that they insure the vehicle for the same premium as the original petrol version. If I convert a 150HP motorbike, using a 50HP motor, they will charge me the same as the 150BHP version. I understand that if you ...

There was a spot or two of rain!
Sun came out at the Marina for a couple of hours and made up for it, alot of chinwagging and loads of interested passersby. It was great to meet you all, thanks very much to those who organised the event and fed and tea'd us!

Hi guys,
I'll have a look in the lucky bag and see if I have any sensors knocking around tomorrow.
If not, then Farnell and RS components both stock them I believe.

How many do you need?

Looks like its going to be a bit windy, and in the wrong direction too!

28mph winds from the south should make things more challanging
