try to connect cooler fan directly to 12V if it works at all... maybe fan need replacing?

I think Jeremy (GrumpyB) will know more about fan problems...?

No that issue previously was not temp sensor as you already read it using evlite.

so as I replied in priv: you need to change or (temporary) fool battery temp sensor (with resistor) located under bonnet in 4-pack battery box on right side, there is connector. simply unplug it and try charge/drive then - see what temp evlite ishows.. you should get also cooling fan running all the...

maybe they did 'initialisation charge" and destroyed some cells? or did maintenance charge several times, and didn't added water? ;) I see there is definitelly problem with batteries and several (maybe a few, maybe 8, maybe 10?) need replacing. Citroen dealer will only replace whole battery pac...
