Cheshire/Manchester - Sat 16th May - Informal Pub-meet

Postby MaryRCrumpton » Wed Apr 15, 2009 2:23 pm

As is now usual on the 16th of each month, we are holding an informal social gathering on SAT 16th May, from 7pm - 10pm in a local pub.
(Note that we are meeting at 7pm instead of 8pm this month, as the date as fallen on a weekend day)

We will be at The Slug and Lettuce pub/restaurant (31-33 Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1EB) a 2 minute walk from Altrincham tram/train/bus station.

Everyone welcome.

As well as having a general natter you can also, if you wish:
- join in with the final planning of our Summer event (Sat 25th July)
- help with our campaign to persuade local businesses to install electric vehicle charging points for their employees/customers
- help with ideas/planning for our Autumn event (Sat 3rd Oct) when we will be out on the streets supporting http://www.DriveElectricDay.org
- and it's a great chance for less knowledgeable members to ask more technical members informally anything you want to know about EVs.

An informal natter over a few drinks :D

Members and non-members welcome.
