I went to camp at this lovely and semi isolated farm back in '99 to see the total eclipse. The three generation family who lived there were part of the land and loved anything to do with "green" and maintaining the health and variety of the local wildlife. I had a good conversation with the "old boy" (bless him, I doubt he'll be here now) about installation issues of wind turbines. He was all for it but not happy with the land rights they would have to forgo. Maybe they have invested in their own now?
They were fantastic hosts in a great location and would love to be there again sometime
