Individual cell voltages iOn

Question from Alan regarding ODB and cell votages
On my Peugeot iOn I want to measure the 88 cell voltages, and have duly connected to the car’s On Board Diagnostic socket a bluetooth to talk to an android-type tablet. They pair ok, but only show a specimen of the bar-chart of the Vpc readings, not the actual values of my cells which I want. Has anyone succeeded in this? Alan Ward
