PS EV Guru> some of these protective functions are implemented in this great product for light electric mobility, now it supports even amperages for motrocycles and cars too (CycleAnalyst - formerly DrainBrain):

They don't limit on an individual battery basis.

The convention used by the on-road EV community is that several cells form a battery (you would probably call it a monoblock) and several batteries constitute a 'pack'. A vehicle might have one, two, or more packs.

Never in all my years have I come across your definition of a battery. And thats 22 years. Humble milk float is an on-road Ev as is the the CF Bedford, Enfield, Harbilt, etc. And a a battery has always been called a battery, usually specified as 72V Battery, 48V Battery etc.
Perhaps you are refering to our cousins across the water ???
