Funny story this and completely true i assure you.

I have recently changed my job within the same company, i used to sit with a 62 year old engineer who i have become good friends with.

and he would regale me with tails of when he worked at AEI and about this mini which was converted for a power station

now the other day i got an email from a friend of yours Paul telling me he was converting a mini too and a nice got it is too. looking thought the forum he is on i came across the same link

and i put two and two together emailed it to my old pal and yes it is THE car he worked on and drove when he was an apprentice

also made his day
