Citroen AX

Postby julian295 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 10:06 pm

Hello All

I've just joined the BVS.

I need an EV with 4 seat with a reliable range of at least 25 miles, which will do 45 or 50 mph.

I'm considering converting a Citroen AX using mainly parts available from www.arcvillage.org . Any opinions on this would be gratefully received.

Best regards

Julian

Hi Julian,

You may want to check out the FOR SALE section as there is a Golf CityStromer in there at the moment - it sounds up your street!

Hi Nikki

Thanks for your reply. It looks like the Golf has only 2 seats, I need 4!

I also happen to have 2 Morris Travellers in the barn, but I think they are a bit too big & heavy. Maybe you think otherwise?

Hi Julian,

The Golf did have four seats - it had two taken out by a previous owner but you could always find a scrap golf to re-add those seats!

Travellers :)

Mmmmmmm :)

I was going to do a conversion - but since changed my mind :/
