Well done to our very own Russ for scooping the best private entry 8)

I spoke to a fair few public folk and the general comment from joe public definately was "this is all well and good but where can I buy a EV at a reasonable price now"

The message is getting out though, definately more and more people REALLY want to buy an EV these days, at todays outing I definately got far more positive feed back than negative and the main thing was people wanted to know where they could get one.

Had a couple of folks say that they came up from Brighton VERY slowly , yes I know it was suppose to be an energy challenge but hey doing 20mph doesnt really show an EV or any low emission vehicle in a good light in my book, brings the term "milk float" to the fore front of folks minds in my view.

Many thanks to Kevin and Russ for displaying the BVS stickers on their vehicles, heard one person say "I didnt know there was a society for electric vehicles" 8)

Wow, is that it?

The advert runs for longer.

I could have done a better video on my moby. They only had to ask and pass a thick brown envelope over!

Yeh, I've only seen limited coverage from the mainstream press so far... when in southampton last night the BBC news covered the event for about 20 seconds...

Video wont even load for me  doesnt sound like I'm missing much though.

I've kept my eyes open all weekend and only seen a couple of short bits on both BBC and ITV and the BBC version I felt was rubish

There was a reporter strike at the time which hasnt helped sadly.

Maybe one of the discovery channels might make something of it ?? certainly at the crawley check point there were several film crews and photographers.

Hey Kevin,

Have you got nothing better to do than send links to a site I cannot connect to because we blocked Facebook at work to stop the slaves from enjoying themselves at our expense.

Thanks anyway and I'll look later.
