A nice little restoration project

Postby booboo » Sat Sep 24, 2011 7:56 pm

I'm looking at acquiring this scooter as a restoration project ;

Image

...I rode it around our "playpen" at the recent Brooklands Museum Cycle Festival;

..and a short movie clip of the day;

The scooter is all electric and runs quite well , I think it would make a great stable mate for the c5's and the easy-glider :mrgreen: .
London to Brighton on a Sinclair C5 - 6/5/07 - what a trip !
Ford Explorer 4.0 v6 petrol for everyday abuse - thank God for LPG
Sinclair C5's (Plus "c5alive.co.uk" ) as a hobby

I think it is 24v with a 500w motor, not scarily fast but a respectable pace :wink:

Defo Lipo the baby, get shot of the LA's and it will make it shift along at a merry rate I recon.

Certainly doing that to my electric bikes its really imporved the acceleration
