PICS
Hi Chris,
Link to pictures is below.... your wish is my command
My first priority had to be the article for the magazine. I was out all day Sunday, and working all day Monday, so last night was the first chance I had to sort it out. I skipped dinner and got straight on to it when I finished teaching, spending a happy couple of hours writing and re-writing until I had something good enough. Finally managed to get it across to Kelvin at around half past nine, and he says he got it in time... phew!
Anyway, I'm not going to put the text of the article here (although Tim and I are in the process of writing a summary of it for Tim to add to the Norh-West section of the BVS website). So you'll have to wait for the magazine to drop through your letterbox for the full thing.
But, for now, here is a link to my flickr page so that you can see the photos I took. A selection of these pics will appear in the magazine, but, for a sneak preview for forum members go here:

Rain limited the amount of photos I could take, but I got enough to prove we had a good time, and that people actually came
Mary.

A short summary of the meet report is now, thanks to Tim, on the BVS main website:
http://www.batteryvehiclesociety.org.uk ... ess/?p=398
For the full article I wrote you'll have to wait for Plugged In of course, but you might like to read the summary on the main website by following the link above.

A local newspaper used my press-release about our recent event
We've posted it as news on the main BVS website, although I'm guessing it isn't the first time a local BVS event has been covered by the newspapers, but still, I'm rather chuffed, particularly since I only sent out one press release.

Better get on with planning the next event I guess.
